With its guide to inclusive writing, TFO wishes to harmonize and guide internal and external writing with respect to inclusive writing, also called gender-neutral, egalitarian or non-binary writing. Such writing gives way to the feminine, in French, and aims to be more respectful of human diversity. This guide is also concerned with accessibility in the broadest sense, which includes accessibility for people with disabilities as defined under the AODA.
